Survey control

Survey Method

Before works commence on site a Control network is designed in the office to determine network geometry and ensure adequate redundancy for data analysis and adjustments. Traverses are observed in the field as closed loops and the survey information processes through dedicated software to calculate least squares adjustments and produce final coordinates. Survey Control can be supplied in UTM or ARMWGS-84 systems. Typical Survey Control Points are bolts in pavement, nails/ screw in slab or earth anchor in soft ground.
